Ceramic Pall Ring
Ceramic Pall Ring, is originated through improvement of Ceramic Raschig Ring.
The open structure effectuate separation of gas and liquid streams and thus facilitate a more effective mass transfer.
And decrease the pressure drop.
Ceramic Pall Ring, can resist high temperature, acid(except HF), alkali, salt and various organic solvents.
It increased the specific surface area and porosity of the product compared with Ceramic Raschig Ring, greatly increased the distribution of the fluid, had larger production capacity and lower pressure drop, improved separation efficiency and increased operation flexibility.
Applications
- Ceramic pall ring can be used in high or low temperature conditions.
- It can be used in the drying columns, absorbing columns, cooling towers, scrubbing towers in chemical industry, metallurgy industry, coal gas industry, oxygen producing industries, etc.
